That is why I had quite an interesting experience once in Madrid nightlife...
but of course, "in real" life I would definitely recognize them

Oh yes, those who've had good plastic surgery looks HOT!!
My ex and I went to the bar at the top level of Orchard Towers and Wowee! Many of the "ladies" there are hot!! Nice figure, nice looks etc... hmmm but those that usually hang around the embassy and designer shops area are the ones that are ________ (fill in the blank)
