any place to recommend for highlight / dye-ing hairs? i used to go top image @ amk. the seniors there are good. would like to try out other saloon. any place to recommend?

If you just want to look your best ,with a litter bit more $$$. Check this place in the Adelphi building : Deng salon level 3 unit 7 at 1 coleman street next to the new high court Tel:63393486 . Highligts there they use different brands colors in one hair design to get the best and less boring result you usually get from many time doing in the others places
