I have signed a lease contract of 2 years which will expire in december 2006. In my contract, there is not a clause which states that I can stay a minumum period of months in order that I didn't break the contract and can still get back my deposit. I am a Singaporean and a home maker. THe reason I want to move out earlier is I find the house too big to clean without a maid now. Can anyone who knows the law advise me on this matter?
