Does anyone has any recommendations for good and effective pimple creams which will make it all disappear?

try 5% malt Vinegar in water 5 or 6 table spoons, and bathe area daily, for 3 weeks. Vinegar kills bacteria, that forms at the hair root, which causes acne. You must use a bacterial killer.

good idea, but wat about acne scars?
i cant get rid of them, any home remedy or cheap but good product?
