I am 18 years old and i really need help losing weight.

height: 165
Weight : 85-87
Fitness LeveL:
Jogging twice a week
Tennis once a week.
Have tried:
Accupuncture
Susanne sommers diet
Low carb diets
Pills
If anyone has any way to help me to lose weight, please let me know.
If possible i prefer people who have tried on their own and suceeded to give some advice.
I am willing to go on a diet (if there is a proper plan or menu for me) and do moderate exercise and training.
