Need help losing weight.

I am 18 years old and i really need help losing weight.

below are my stats:
height: 165
Weight : 85-87

Fitness LeveL:
Jogging twice a week
Tennis once a week.

Have tried:
Susanne sommers diet
Low carb diets

If anyone has any way to help me to lose weight, please let me know.
If possible i prefer people who have tried on their own and suceeded to give some advice.

I am willing to go on a diet (if there is a proper plan or menu for me) and do moderate exercise and training.

Need help losing weight

First get yourself a heart rate monitor, do any exercise like jogging,walking or cycling at the 60% of your max heart rate.
exercise at this range will burn your body fat, but of course you need to watch your diet, eat 5 meal a day.
I am doing this myself and it is good.
