The Bristich council has a very good reputation, and I have to say that the people I have met who have done courses there have had very good results and have improved a lot. The trouble is that it costs a lot! If money is not too much of an issue, try them.

Singapore has lots of language schools and some are good, and some are not. You will have no trouble finding a school.

Otherwise, you might like to consider getting a private teacher.
