How long is the contract of town area shop

How long is the shopping centre contract of town area shop,
three month?
six month?
or one year?
And normally I need to pay how many months unfront for the rental fee?

Standard leases are about 2 years lease, commercial leases, the landlords may require 3 months deposit.
