Shite Day so where to go and unwind?

Postby SHITEDAY » Tue, 02 Aug 2005 2:26 pm

My shite day started yesterday and has spilt over today... work, personal life.... so .... after work i want to go somewhere and have a decent drink,, i was planning on going to the movies with some gang at Alliance but i will work late till at least 8 or 830 pm then i figured i need to go somewhere and drink and be admired but some cute men... yes yes its one of those days when i want to go out and be looked at admiringly cos the man i thought loved me doesnt after all-- so i want to go and flirt.. yep,,, i want to go somewhere and drink and flirt outrageously!!! If not i am going to finish this entire box of chocolates in front of me!

So girls/guys where's a nice place to go and have some wine and flirt WITHOUT looking like i am actually there to flirt.. and get chatted up?

Hi Guest,

No point feeling frustrated at this moment over that guy I suppose, plenty of fishes out there

But hey, do remember that after all those flirting and stuff at the club or pubs, you might still be back to square 1 feeling down and stuff.. It'll probably be better if you hang out with your gfs and yak about stuff though. (Don't know if it works for you, but it sure do for me when it comes to relationship stuff  )

Have a good laugh with your gfs and keep your chin up :D

Girlfriends ALL married or attached!!! and all too busy!! though that would be nice-- to be with a really good girlfriend whom i can bitch to about men and talk about the most personal stuff sex!! Alas, 830 is too late for all of them cos they'll be with their 'hubbies' ( i hate that word!!), children, boyfriends. fiances.. lovers... etc etc

back to the flirting at the bar.... but thanks for the tip Est!

if u just wanna have a drink and watch the busy world goes by, there's actually some place to be at. try boat quay, clark quay, millenial walk, balaclava at suntec, etc. boat quay and esp clark quay is abit quiet on weekdays. some pubs at millenial walk is good for chats, abit quiet some times thou. i like balaclava, can sit and chit chat outside or sit inside to listen to some good music. balaclava can get rather crowded, hope u can get a good sit outside, have a drink and (like wat is said) watch the busy world goes by.....hmm....nice winding down. :)
