Anne Kinsey has also been a topic of discussion several times at the other board. I think her M.O. seems to be of approaching Caucasians more so than locals. You could perhaps try doing a search for her there (it may be archived) if you'd like more information on the loony one.

GC, I tried to do a search on the Angry Board before posting the link to her website. It seems the Admins (and I use THAT term loosely) have deleted all except 9 small references to her from all the posts. There used to be dozens of threads about her!
