are you with an EP with BSc?

does anyone know why some PR applications are turned down?

I'm thinking of applying too...

That is a secret that is closely guarded, never to be know by us mere mortals......Kinda like why does the dropped toast always land buttered side down? Mine was rejected twice many years ago but 3rd time lucky. Just persistant I guess.

Do you have to repay the application fees (I don't even know if there is a fee involved) and resubmit the documents?

What can you contribute to Singapore, that is the main question when checking your application. Race is not an issue, I know Chinese, Malay, Indian and caucasian PR's here.

Education, job history, current income and relationship to Singapore.
