Demalogica - I came across this website www.strawberrynet.com that sells cosmetics with FREE delivery... not all cosmetics will be cheaper but their Dermalogica line is substantially cheaper... got the Hydrating Booster for S$88.50 (as compared to S$110 of Leonard Drake).. what's good is that they also sell salon size... I confirmed with LD that professional product is more potent than the off the rack version... it took about a week for the product to arrive via registered mail...

South Beach Diet - Check out this company... www.magicmealmobile.com daily rate is about S$35 for a complete set of meals... other programs are also availabe... they will deliver your food on your doorstep... you just wake up every mornin with a cooler outside your door... tastes good too!

no intention of promoting here, simply sharing my experience.

I've tried the magic meal mobile service for few weeks
and the food taste good.

but after several weeks, especially when I get to the phase 2 of the diet, the nighttime snack tends to be the same almost everyday.

but overall, its nice w/ a great service as well..
