usually slimming pills will help to reduce your weight, if u want to firm those areas, exercise is still the ideal and fastest method.. =)

If you are 15 your body is still adjusting and growing. Try not to take slimming pills.

I was on a diet at an early age because friends teased me as being chubby. By the time I was 17 I had slimmed down and my friends in turn started becoming chubby (poetic justice?).

But I regretted the dieting (circa 13-14) because I think it stunted my height.
