If you have not validated your Australian permanent residence visa just yet and you file for a divorce prior to your first entry to Australia as permanent residents, then your wife's visa would most likely get cancelled.
It is imperative that you inform DIMIA of any change of your circumstances prior to entry to Australia or your visa as primary applicant may be adversely affected.
