Head to Changi Village, Le Meridien Changi has a promotion now for a FANTASTIC seafood buffet, as I recall it is onloy on weekends, but not completely sure. I had a sumptuous dining experience there lately.

Other buffet which I find outrageously good: breakfast buffet at Grand Copthorne Waterfront on Kim Seng Road.

Enjoy!

OK, not seafood buffet, but... Brunch buffet at the Beaufort Sentosa is also quite good... Excellent pan fried foie gras, good selection of BBQ and free flow of wine and champagne... And then you can use the hotel swimming pool for free during the afternoon (better not drive home anyway, too risky!).
