Services From Govt. Sector

Hi anyone care to share their experience when you call to Govet Sector to make enquires, do you have the experience that they put you on hold if not they will transfer you and all department? At the end you still did not get you answer??

CPF is my favourite. They seem to have enough trained people to handle enquiries, usually in a polite and efficient manner over the phone.

Or have I just been lucky?

In fact, I think they topped a recent customer satisfaction survey regarding Government Sector services, so I may not be the only one.

I think you are lucky..

I have called MOM to make some enquires on the 19/7/05 and follow up with at least 4 called and repeated my enquires and only got my reply just by the end of today..
