Job Description: Conducting and analysing outbound Mystery Shop calls to companies in South East Asia

Upbound Resource is a full-service marketing consulting firm specializing in strategic development, brand management, market research, advertising communications, creative and production services. The nature and scope of our projects range from the development of strategic marketing and communications plans to the execution of mass media campaigns.
We are currently looking for mystery shoppers with the ability to communicate in (at least one of the listed languages): Mandarin, Malay, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and/or Thai. Their duties will consist of conducting and rating outbound marketing calls to various South East Asian companies. This is a great opportunity for someone who's looking for temporary employment and quick compensation for their efforts.
The ideal candidate will bring to the position strong analytical skills, an attention to detail, superior oral communication (in the language(s) listed above) and strong English written communication skills. The successful individual will be proactive, comfortable working individually and work well under minimal supervision.
