In a dilemma and need advice on best way to move foward.
I am applying for a H1B visa. I have immigration intention.
Currently discussing my pay package. I work for a US MNC with Sales office in Sg and main in US.
Do I draw Singapore pay, continue to receive housing/car and allowance in the US, or do I take US package and apply for NOR status in Singapore?
There is a chance my company will want me to return to Sg to take up a senior managment position in a couple of years.
If I continue with my pay in Sg, and take up allowance in the US, will H1B allow so? Also, will the allowance in the US be taxed?
