Which condo will suit me ?

Post by WhichCondo » Sun, 24 Jul 2005 6:48 pm

All,

From your experiences, can you please suggest some condos which will suit my circumstances as below

- Budget is $1.2 - $1.5K max pm (is this enough ?)

- Fully Furnished, 2 bedroom

- No more than 5-10mins walk to an MRT station on the NS / NE line as I need to get to Dhoby Ghaut for work

- Single so no school issues etc

- Dont mind commuting upto 30mins on the MRT

And finally, should I use an agent or look up the newspaper myself ? Any suggestions for good agents ?

Appreciate any advise !

Try upper bukit timah area (no MRT) or Mount Sophia area (walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut).

bayshore park area

hi,

for this budget you should have a look at bayshore park (east coast). it is an older condo and quite far away from your workplace. but there is a bus plus operating and they have (baysore park, the bayshore and costa del sol) a shuttle bus service, which takes you to the mrt and parkway.

you don't need an agent, but 80% of the adverts in the newspaper are agents anyway. So check out which district you wanna stay and call the agents who are specialized in this area.

good luck
