Hi James,
I had quite a number of working experience working in the banking industry, specilized in business lending. I was told by my friend that if you don't mind a sales job in banking, i.e. mortgage or credit card, you should be able to get one without any difficulties. But if you want to find any job out from the sales aspect, it might take you a while to get one. Reason being, the employer needs to get you an employment pass. Therefore, if they can get someone who is Singaporean or PR to do it, then it will save all their hassles. Well, I am sure there will be some disappointment during the job hunting...but don't give up! Keep it up and we will get one one day....God bless! :D

You can try people like Robertson Smart, Webbe International, etc - you can find them in the yellow pages online. Good luck! :-)
