Ok, i need to Treat my god bro but i'm not that wealthly... he don't mind cheap food but not food courts. We will probably call for like food no drinks or dessert. 2 ppl budget $30. Anyone know nice food around help pls. i got to treat him tomorrow which is few more hours to the treat >"<

Set lunches

You can take him to affordable set lunches, like Jack's Place, Kenny Roger's and Country Manna, set lunches for 2 would probably cost you $30 or less.

how about some local food?? the location is like some hawker center or coffee shop which may be hard to locate if you are not familar with singapore.

interested in that roti prata too.
Anyway my bf brought me to this stall sell Roti prata very nice n special. Got cheese filling and paper prata i think. and a special drink caqll milo dino. Quite nice. Somewhere near parklane, not sure where, it's near the road.

The prata there isnt big, but its really good. You guys must try the prata bomb. its the BOMB!

Hey, why dont you drop by at this fabulous Indonesian Padang Restaurant.
Tough to locate but it's worth it.
40 collyer quay, behind NTUC centre and neptune theatre. it's at this condominium showhouse. dont be pout off by the construction work going on. the number to call is 63233539. prices are so reasonable.

Yup, it's the same. But the prata / canai is a lot more better (and sinful!) in Malaysia!
