Aloe vera vinegar, NTUC asian drinks, you will get the runs for a couple of hrs, but after it will be ok., Just keep doing general exercise, not to much 20 minutes each day. You cannot just reduce fat in one area! not possible. Only train on alternate days.

try to exercise overall too, like long jogs..

The only way to reduce tummy fat is to do lots of cardio. Like jogging, cycling, swimming, gym machines...

Doing sit-ups can only firm up the muscles. Trust me. This is EXACTLY what I'm doing now. I did so much situps but while my tummy got firmer, the waist circumference didn't improve much.
Attack the cardio!
And PLEASE NOTE that while you do ur cardio, DO NOT attack the exercise with great gusto because that's only building stamina strength, not losing fats. To lose fats, u must put in just enough effort to do ur exercise AND be able to talk comfortably at the same time.

Meaning Moderate Exercise.
