Buying a furnished apartment vs relocating furniture

I am relocating from India for a new job in Singapore. Wanted to check best option of the 3
1. Moving furniture from India- paid by company
2. Buying furniture from Singapore
3. Buying a furnished apartment

I would be in Singapore for about 2 years.

Can you tell me best option in terms of 1. Cost and 2. Pain to move
