Doc required for Employment Pass P1

Hi,

One of the document required for the Employment Pass P1 is
a copy of educational certificates ( excluding primary school ).
Well, I graduated 15 years ago, and for some X reasons, I do not find
my univ diploma. Will this be a major obstacle for me ?
In worst case scenario, will they reject my application just because of this ?

Does it mean that they'll definetely REJECT it ? Or take longer than usual ?
Do you happen to know what sort of problem ?
