You UOL is more recognised in my opinion. I'm currently taking a Degree programme with MDIS University of Wales doing Entrepreneurship and Management. MDIS is not as developed as SIM but it's getting there. They'll have a university campus in Stirling road from September onwards.

Only makes you stronger.

I personally graduated from MDIS, and i really think its a good institution.

The lecturers are a experienced lot, most importantly, they can share with you their work experiences in the industry, rather than just textbook knowledge. Expectations are mostly quite clearcut, and there is good arrangements on the administrative side. Course coordinators are efficient and are very approachable should you need their help in handing up assignments etc.

HTH!

You need to go on to a degree. These private diplomas generally aren't credible nor recognised in a sense in HR practitioners viewpoints. As the standards vary, you can't use a private diploma as a equivalent to a Polytechnic Diploma of more practical rigour.

UniSIM is a better choice from MDIS in my humble opinion. Why not work and study at UniSIM on a part time basis - I know some subordinates doing that.
