let's say :

your current company can sponsor you for studies..after yr studies sign with them for 1 yr..but u know prospects there arent good for promotions or such...currently as admin work but after studies but 1 yr bond u might still be admin...studies will last for 3 yrs..promotion and increment r known to be very little...big company...

will you guys suggest going for the sponsor or wait for other job opptuinties at the same time study ...nt signing the bond?

As you had mentioned there isnt much propects with this company and want them to sponsor after the study you are going to the in the same post. I think wait for other job opptunities will be better.. Coz your study is a 3yrs..
