S$1500 and up, up and away. What distinguishes you from the fresh college grad? Why should a company pay you more?

How much would I make, c++, unix programer. MCSE w2k/xp. Certified fiber optics plant engineer. Certified fiber optics installer. 4 years experince writing malicious code in test enviroments for antivirus testing, 2 years experience as a WAN admin. And much more....

HI im a masters grad from uk. with 2 years work exp. Ive been offered a job in singpore with a starting sal of 2500-2800. Would that be enuff to cover for rent if im taking a 2 bed house,travel,food and misc expenses. how much will i be able to save..

jingo, I think 3.5k is a safe low-end bet. Ideally somewhere in the region of 4k should be obtainable if you're really qualified and an ideal fit in the company's IT structure.
