The best detox is the Orange drinking vinegar from NTUC, it starts to work within 1 hour to clean your system out, you will be running to the loo for maybe 2 hrs, then your system will be fine, you can continue to drink every day, to maintain a balanced healthy lifestyle.

For your skin, drink the Aloe Vera Vinegar daily, if you have acne, purchase some strong distilled white vinegar 5% acetic acid, two or three spoonfuls of vinegar in some water to bathe the area. Vinegar kills the bacteria, at the base of the hair roots, that get infected and cause acne. Use daily, it will improve your skin. Links to all kinds of tips are on www.drinkingvinegar.com

detox

Postby babykasim » Mon, 18 Jul 2005 11:06 am

hey,

I've tried detox twice.

the first time was by eating solely fruits n a handful of nuts (almond) for 2 days.

the 2nd one which I did yesterday was by drinking this Hollywood diet juice (available @GNC).
I felt really light n I think I wanna make it as a monthly habit.

cheers,

Oh BTW I forgot....there are some effects during the detoxing period...cause naturally whilst your body is detoxing you may experience severe headaches. Your tongue will be yellowish and brownish.. I guess this is the way the boy flushes the toxins out.
We'll get along fine as soon as you realize I'm Good.

Yes it is called Pai chi chen, It's 100% natural with no additives, it is organically fermented like all special brewed vinegars, it is designed for health.
The orange and Aloe Vera are excellent detoxing vinegars, you will see the effect working within one hour of drinking, flushing your system out the effects may last for two hours, then you can just continue to drink.

Developed after old chinese tradition by agricultral biochemists, this his healthy living with scientific proof.

Many other products on the market, do not have any scientific proof from 3rd parties, Companies use their own develop & research units.

I would be very sceptical about products without 3rd party proof, that they work. Just because some individual says it works, is not proof.

BULLSHIT

Alfalfa wrote:Hi all,

I have tried a detox program called NEERA detox. It is also known as the honey lemon diet...

Yes it is great .. Basically you drink only this stuff whilst on this diet and also drink Senna tea to clear your bowels. This thing is amazing cause you don't feel hungry and the drink tasted like ice-lemon tea.

True it helps clear skin problems and yes it made me energetic after the third day and it made me loose weight.. I lost 6 kg from this diet. I did it for 5 days. So if you are interested just go see the website i think it is www.neeradetox.com.

This is only for the very disciplined cause you don't eat a thing on this diet..only the drink and plain water...so if you are up for the challenge.. I wish you all the best and good luck!

Not for people with heart problems or high blood pressure too. :D

Cheers

total bullshit! there is no proof on this website at all that it works! I have searched high and low, and there is only testimonials and what doctors assume between their patients, and no evidence at all, that they are true.

So I am afraid it fails the reasearch test and goes into the bullshit file! what we need is actual proof, scientific research by independant scientists, not by people that have shares in the company or by employed R&D people. So ALFALFA what have you got to say for yourself now?

Dear guest...wanna try selling your vinegar stuff here too... I am not saying there is any evidence or research. this is based on experience of a user.. And I happen to be the user...ifyou don't like it too bad.. just ignore it and don't bother. Your anger towards this is ridiculous why get worked up over something like that..

Afraid there is something better than your vinegar stuffy??

Make somebody happy. Mind your own business.

And if you are the troll which I think you are...stop wasting your time, I am not interested to entertain you.
