hey, has anyone tried detox? do u use d.i.y or buy some stuff like expressions to go for detox?

heard that it will clear problematic skin n make u more energetic...anyone wif info?

hey,

I've tried detox twice.

the first time was by eating solely fruits n a handful of nuts (almond) for 2 days.

the 2nd one which I did yesterday was by drinking this Hollywood diet juice (available @GNC).
I felt really light n I think I wanna make it as a monthly habit.

Oh BTW I forgot....there are some effects during the detoxing period...cause naturally whilst your body is detoxing you may experience severe headaches. Your tongue will be yellowish and brownish.. I guess this is the way the boy flushes the toxins out.

Drinking Distilled water may be a good option to do so

total bullshit! there is no proof on this website at all that it works! I have searched high and low, and there is only testimonials and what doctors assume between their patients, and no evidence at all, that they are true.

So I am afraid it fails the reasearch test and goes into the bullshit file! what we need is actual proof, scientific research by independant scientists, not by people that have shares in the company or by employed R&D people. So ALFALFA what have you got to say for yourself now?
