President Bush, Defense Secretary Rumsfeld and State Secretary Condi were in a plane, flying above the USA.
Bush told his friends: "I could drop a 1,000. dollar note out of the plane right here and I know that I will make someone very happy."
Rumsfeld said: "You know; I could drop ten 100 dollar notes and I will certainly make quite a few people very happy."
Condi continued: "Even better, I could drop one thousand One dollar notes and I will make many people very happy."
Then, the Pilot told the co-pilot: "Well man, I know that I could only drop the three of them out of my plane right now and I will make a lot of people VERY HAPPY !"
