The major supermarkets do sell some veggie stuff (if you are taking about veggie burgers, meals, etc). Try Market Place at Tanglin Mall or your nearest Cold Storage.

or if ur a vegetarian that only goes for organic stuffs u can try brown rice paradise in tanglin mall, orchard road. there is also a little shop nearby/behind the building that stocks organic stuffs. both places stock quite a lot of stuffs from vege to shampoos and other daily use products.
if u decide to eat out u can try visiting the singaporean vegetarian societys website
