I thought my eyesight was bad old son. That aint hard and the pic was taken in the middle of winter judging by the gloves they are wearing.

Perhaps some photoshop magic would help..

But seriously, I would think that they would wear more, if it were winter. Or, it would fall off, spit at its owner and run away....

dang! those scots really take this skirt thing seriously, don't they. i think i prefer to have them ressurect their older version of battle gear: going into battle in their naked glory! rather than have them wear skirts and voila! surprise, surprise!
