Hi,

I believe you need to state certain details before you pose such qns.

1)location?
2)human traffic?
3)accessibility?
4)etc.

Its best you look for an agent or other store owners for details.

Cheers,
Mic.

I think you really need to state where is the area u are choosing. For example, orchard road can hit up to $50/sqft while in pasir ris maybe $2/sqft...

and pls bear in mind, most shopping complexes require you to sign up for at least 1 or 2 years...advance rental can be up to 3 months, security deposit another 3 months.....+++ all the other deposits for your utilities, cost of labour, cost of prods etc...man..u gotta have lotsa moolah to open a shop here.....and with cheap airfares to the region...u will be getting lotsa competition from bkk, hk, etc....i'd say outlook on retail's pretty bleak at the moment.....unless u've got something really really umm...outstanding? anyway, wish u best of luck, man.
