hi, i have acne scars on the skin of my arm and back, (brown in color), it's starting to fade now, but this problem have been troubling me for like 3 years, anyone have any solutions to it ? any kind of cream or treatment i can undergo?

but anyone here noes if i can eat anything or apply anything to fade or improve the conditions of my skin ?
