Chi Gong beginner - where/how to?

Postby VenusHoshii » Sat, 09 Jul 2005 5:33 pm

Having done just a little Chi Gung/Chi Gong outside of Singapore, and wanting to learn to do this regurlarly, does anyone know where to get lessons, attend a class, etc.?

Am not really interested in the spiritual side as much as the health aspects

I used to join Master Xie's classes some years ago

He has a clinic at West Coast.

Master Xie Li's Qigong Service is located at Blk 517 #01-575, West Coast Road. Tel : 6778 1840

Xie Li Qi Gong Service was featured in Lifestyle magazine, March 2005.
