Hi Everyone

Which butcher is the best in Singapore?
Do butchers sell free range chicken here?

Thank you

I don't know about free range chicken but I heard many people telling the Swiss butcher is the best. But of course others will tell you this is not true. So I suggest you try and make up your mind.

Swiss Butcher is excellent, so it the Butcher at Holland Village (although they have been known to run out of a few items). Both are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I use them both -- order ahead for holidays or special occassions.

One new great butcher

Hi I found a great new butcher very friendly service and great prices. I think it's owned by Brazilians. Their beef is wonderful and they even cook roast - that's how I know they're good! I had a dinner for eight last evening called them in the early afternoon and picked it up in the evening -I think they even deliver too. Had a wonderful roast prime rib on my table. Maybe you can call them about the chicken Don't have their number off hand but the name is Espirito Santo it's at a shophouse on River valley road on a junction.

i don't know whether they carry free range chicken, but there is a butchery down on river valley road nearby great world city (i think it's Zion road intersection). they carry almost every kind of meats and sausages you can find- the variety is amazing + i never had such good beef on the barb.
