How many expat managers does it take to change a light bulb?
Five. One to notice that it needs changing, one to prepare a budget, one to sign it off, one to order it from supplies and one to tell their secretary it needs replacing.

My friend's planning to have her kids study in a local primary school. Which primary school has more chances of entry for expat children?
