What is the bmi rate for the basic SQ requirement. What am I to look out for during the uniform fitting test stage. I'm rather tall and big sized. Any tips for grooming.. eg nails, hair, semi for mal or formal as if one makes it through the uniform fitting session one would also have to go through the psychometric test and the water confidence test. Pls. advuse. Thanks
