hi,
try not to spend too much time in your bedroom except when it's time for bed. because then your mind will switch to sleep mode when you hit the bed.. avoid watching tv or reading in bed.
it works for me, hope this helps.

i never go to my bedroom.... but i never get sleepy also..!! what to do ??

It could be due to tension, excitement, stress.. etc
Try using aromatheraphy..
Lavende is known for relaxation and inducing to sleep..

Sometimes i will feel tired when i am outside but once i reach home, hit my pillow i dun fell the tiredness already and it always take me very long for me to fall into deep slp.... otherwise will be waking up on off during the nite...
it has been like that for the past few yrs and i used to exercise till i am really tired so that i can slp once i reach home but i think it doesnt help very much... i then tried drinking which i think helps abit more but this will also mean that i will become addicted to liqour...
my guess is that singapore life is just too stress already...work is just nv ending....

but perhaps u can find other solution than your current one, for your own good..

An luckily..., no horror movies this weekend.. Just watched "The Wild' was really really getting my stress out

I found it out of necessity, when about a month ago, I simply could not get to or stay asleep, which never happened before
I have more to offer on this if you're interested
and as far as Singapore being a place that is too stressful, it depends on what you're used to - coming from New York and Tokyo, I find this place extremely relaxing
