Barcode and Label Printing
Has anyone got this business experinece? Please share with us - how to set up a home-based barcode and label printing factory(!).

It's pretty easy. All you need is a decent laser printer, some labels, and some cheap barcode software.
But I don't think you'll have much business. See, barcodes are pretty useless if you don't have a barcode scanner, and barcode scanners are pretty useless if you don't have barcode labels. So, most companies in the business, when they supply barcode scanners to companies, they also supply the means to print the bar codes.

graduate to RFID
Why don't you learn more about RFID ? It's fairly new in Singapore. Still expensive to implement. But, it's nice to have..... You may be ahead of quite a number of ppl in the industry.

How about golf ball tracking? At least one driving range now puts RFID tags in golf balls, readers on the driving range, and smart monitors in each tee box. People can bet against one another as to drive length and the system gives accurate drive distance. For real.bizcatalyst wrote:Hi sved,
