Yogyakarta / Borobudur

All,
Anyone know of a good travel agent that would be able to offer a good deal to visit the Borobudur temple? I'm sending my parents there for a surprise, but want to be sure that I get a good deal, and that it's safe.
I know the elections are happening soon, but think it'll be fine by October even if there is unrest.
As I can see it, best way to get there is Garuda Air via Jakarta. Lots of reputable hotels in Yogyakarta, so am fine with that. Just want to know best way of getting from hotels to Borobudur and Prambanan temples? Whether to book flights / hotels separately etc.
Cheers
Izy
