Recommendation for Infant Car Seat and Stroller

Hello. I am wondering whether can anyone in this forum provide some recommendations on the types of infant car seat and stroller combo available in Singapore? This is for a 2-month old baby.

Also, what are the rules regarding infant and child in car seat? I have tried to search through this forum, the LTA and the traffic police websites, but to no avail.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

I am not using a combo cos I have not found a combo that could fold for situations where space is tight, like lifts, travelling in planes. I like Aprica for it's lightweight.

Not sure if you have gotten any car seat or strollers yet. Aprica is good one as I have one, too. It is very light.
