Bigger breasts after child birth

What are the chance of having fuller breasts permanently after childbirth?

I had beautiful breast before pregnancy and during.From a B cup to D.It was full and round like ripe melons overflowing with milk but alas once the milk dries up the melons shrink.I'm thinking of getting a breast implant using cohesive gel/gummy bear.I think by wearing the proper bra and not going braless might help.I was lazy.Goodluck!

The proper bra? How does one define that?
With or w/o wire support ?
With or w/o padding?
With or w/o lace ??
With or w/o aloe vera treatment?
Cross back or normal (this affects the tan lines)?

I was thinking that as long as the breast produces milk, the breast would be full.
Wearing too tight a bra would restrict the milk producing sacs and ducts thereby cramping natural breast growth.... having a husband who appreciates breasts helps alot with the message.

it will not be bigger,once we stop breast feeding it will become like a deflated balloon.so just wear bras.hope it help

If the woman is unhappy with the breast, and don't intend to breast feed in the future anymore.

She may opt. for a breast reduction, alongside with a breast lift.
