I didn't try Xando, but bought Extrim (just diff name of same product I guess) and spoiled my digestive system. I lost 3kg in 1 week, but when I stopped I gained double of what I lost. go figure.

It's in my blood. B(e) Positive.

That is called yoyo effect. When u stop e product u might gain double of yr weight.
