since u already know that fenugreek is used in indian curries, obvious answer to where to find it would be Little India. specifically, Mustafa. but is also available in all the other little shops in Little India.
cant help u with the chinese name, try googling, might help.

The Indian name for it is Methi, most of the Grocery stores in Little Indian
sell it. It comes in a box mostly, dried leaves.

Methi is correct, but its seeds, not leaves. they are yellow ochre in colour, tiny little seeds.

Stuff I bought from L. India last weekend were leaves. I guess OP would have to be specific when asking at the shops then, seeds or leaves, depends what you need.

lol, I'm probably gonna get flamed and bashed for saying this. You should be a good cook, judging by the size of your hubby's ahem .... belly
Was that an invitation to try your cooking?
