Hi ppl,

Now that's the way it should be...just go and do your best. Its ok if you are not selected. At least you gave it a try.

I am so proud of you all now. We guys are more frustrated bec we waited and waited and when the advertisement is out, they only looking for ladies...!!! *pull hair*

Don't worry about age...just go and finish it up, watever the outcome may b. You won't know if you don't try.

Good luck to all of you...and me. :))

Hi,

They do have stewards but not many. I saw in some photographs and forum of passangers commenting on stewards in jetstar asia and Thai air the other time. Also if you read back postings in this forum, you will see there was a short discussion on uniforms for guys and ladies of jetstar...heh.

Hi Hopeful guy and everyone attending jetstar interview

GOOD LUCK!!!
Hi Guest,

Good Luck to you too...

To the rest, like i have said before, don't worry about looks or age. You all have been shortlisted so just take this opportunity to shine. Before you all are shortlisted, normally the resume are looked through. Those that didn't fit in will be put aside and those that meet the requirements are asked to come for an interview. Shortlisting is necessary so that only the potential ones are given the attention. So that means, you all pass the first requirements and is a potential stewardess. Be confident, ppl! All you have to do now is to go for the interview and shine. I know its easier said than done. When the time comes, all the jitters will set in and you will become nervous. This happens to everyone, even to the person who looks confident. You never know what he is feeling inside! Just compose urself. Furthermore, this is only the first stage. I am trying my luck too. If I fail, its not the end of the world. I still have my present job to fall back on.

They said there are two stages. If you make it all, everyone will be happy for you. If otherwise, don't despair, at least you know you have the guts to try where others hesitate. The job may not be as glamorous as one thinks but if you are into customer service, likes to make friends and normally feel a sense of achievement when you see a satisfied customer, than chances are high for you. So all said and done...I have only this to say : "You GO People...!"

Is there any other guys shortlisted too? :P

Hi shasha_sg76,

Yes I think so that there will be guys for the interview since I was shortlisted. :P Can't be that they have overlooked my sex in the resume when there is a "Mr." before my name. Rite? Rite? Gulp... *now worried*

Unless some guys took the same slot as you, you wont be able to see any. Mine is on Monday morning at 10+.

I don't think so. When I joined, they just asked " are you at least 1.58?" and thats it. They didnt even measure. One of the girls couldnt get into SIA coz she was too short and also got into JSA.
