Looking for housing in Orchard, Newton or Holand area

Hi. My family will be in Singapore in 3 weeks time. Also my kids got admitted in Canadian school.

So, I need to find a housing in one of

Orchard, newton or Holand area.

Anyone recommend me for 4 bedroom housing with less than $5000/month budget.

Because we are the first time visitor in Singapore, any kind of suggestion will be welcomed.

I do not have any idea for the location and realesate agent fee.

any place easy to commute to downtown will be fine.

Or i am very unlucky because despite contacting them by email, they never replied. Anyway why don't you look for Tanglin Hill condo, there are a few units available at the moment, old condo (20 years) so it means large volumes AND reasonable prices...
