gym/ fitness classes

Hi,

I'm on placement in singapore for one month at Singapore General Hospital.

Anyone know of anywhere I can use gym facilities or go to exercise classes in an around central Singapore?

Think u can try the California Fitness centre near Somerset mrt. It is pretty convenient and hard to miss :D

Usually if you are on placement they put you in a hotel that should have a gym - Maybe worth checking :wink:

Yap, most of the Hotels they do have gyms. If not, you can try Amore. S$26 for per trial. :wink:

i go to California fitness centre - and i can recommend on it warmly!!

i go mostly to classes there and you can ask for a triel lesson.

Try the public gym, i know one is located at yio chio kang sports complex, behide the mrt station. For each entry only $2. But it's quite small and definately won't be as good as those big gyms. But if you want normal exercise machines, they have it all there. :D Hope that helps.
