There used to be a small "hole in the wall" shop on race course road which was the cheapest for phones. Fixed price....no haggling and cash only accepted. They were always 10 to 15% cheaper than any other shop. Cant recollect the name.

I used this option to keep my phone unlocked in a trusted place which is my home..the function worked for day 1 and thereafter, it doesn't stay...

Turn the setting off and then on again, usually does the trick for me although I use iPhone.
