Best place to buy new mobile phone

What would be the best place (cheapest) to buy a new mobile phone from Singapore? Good, reliable store and no haggling. Phone that I´m looking for is Nokia 6670.

If you just want to buy the set only without line, you can try roaming around residential shopping areas. There are lots of small HP shops around. Prices you need to compare shop by shop. Toa Payoh central got lots of this type of shops. Check it out!

Most shop prices are quite standard, HDB shops may be able to offer you slight discounts but definitely not from the larger telcos. Maybe only freebies from them.

If you are a foreigner, it will always help to go with a local to assist in making sure that the price is reasonable before any purchase.
