Overweight problem

Postby limone » Mon, 27 Jun 2005 4:18 pm

I'm 1.59m tall and weighing at 60kg. Seems that putting weight is such an easy thing as one ages. I tried many ways but just couldnt shed off the extra fat. Tried exercising but seems that the body became bigger, then tried to control my food intake but ay! it doesnt work..Tried slimming at Expressions, in which they promised losing 3kg in 3 days, tried Jean Yip as well but both doesnt seem to work for me..My weight did not go off but my purse size shrink much becoz' of all these "investment"!

My cousin recommended me to see the doctor at Amaris B clinic (heard of them?), she had seen this doctor for post-pregnancy weight loss and removal of stretch marks. It did give me a boast of confidence coz' she's slimmer now. Perhaps i shld give it a try though, at least to find out the "truth" as to why i cldnt lose that weight...i'm not sure yet! Any advise? Anyone gone to a doc to seek weight loss treatment?

First of all, i think u muz have the determination to slim down. I have few friends who had slim down by exercising. U have to exercise longer than 20 mins for ur body to start burning the fats. Running is most recommended. And remember to have warm up exercises and cool down exercise b4 and after exercising.
