hi, i've recently consulted a doctor and he prescribed me a topical for my moderate acne problem. anyone knows if its ok i apply the gel together with my concealer and powder. will it be harmful to my skin? what is the best way to help reduce acne scare? can anyone recommend a gd skin specialist?

If your concealer and powder does not contain pore clogging ingredients like petrolatum products, mineral oils, talc etc, you should be able to use with the gel.

You can try antioxidant serum (which may contain retinol, vit C) to help reduce acne scar.

Can you email me at [email protected] what type of concealer and powder you are using? Will check for you if the ingredients used will not aggravate your condition.

vit E can also helps to reduce scar. i gt a 100% vit E serum frm guradian at ard 15 bucks. nt bad.

i used to face the same prob just like you.
and self confident almost drop to zero just
because the ppl ard u always have good complex
makes you feel so small and try to talk so much
in case all the attention falls on u and ppl will
notice u even more esp our face.
i hav even gone to the extend of consultantion
at the national skin ctr but ver min results show.
as why is that so and i slowly get to knw.
if the doc there prescride something to cure you
completly then you wont go back anymore,that
will affect their income. haha
so i turn to TCM for help. it doesn't cure my
prob complet too but i feel that there is improve
and also safe to use with no side effect.
